pk987 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the pk987 website, services, gaming products, and all associated digital infrastructure operated by pk987.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the pk987 Platform.
• "Player Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated funds held by pk987 on behalf of the Player in their Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by pk987 subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by the Player that are not subject to promotional wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of pk987 is prohibited by applicable law.

02 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to hold a pk987 account you must:

• Be a natural individual — corporate entities and organisations may not hold Player accounts.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during and after registration.
• Not be a resident of a Restricted Territory where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Not have a pre-existing account on pk987 that has been permanently closed, suspended, or self-excluded.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of pk987 or any of its technology or gaming suppliers, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

pk987 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using pk987 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction prior to registering. Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or any other location in Pakistan are responsible for understanding their own local regulatory position with respect to online gaming.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access pk987's gaming products and services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number, creating a secure password, and accepting these Terms. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pk987 login credentials at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person uses your account, including family members sharing a device in Lahore, Karachi, or elsewhere.
• Notifying pk987 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered mobile number active and accessible, as it is used for OTP verification and account recovery.

pk987 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any message requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk987 support immediately. pk987 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pk987 — including deposits, withdrawals, and in-game wagers — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk987 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. pk987 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your pk987 account wallet section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering requirements applicable to internationally licensed gaming platforms.
• Withdrawals will only be processed following successful KYC verification of the account holder.
• pk987 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the payment methods page. Processing times may vary based on payment method and verification status.
• pk987 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account in the Player's own name.
• Chargeback requests raised with a payment provider after funds have been used for gaming activity will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• pk987 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

pk987 offers various promotional bonuses and rewards to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL or cricket season-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out here.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the account without replacement.
• pk987 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where a maximum win cap applies to a bonus, any winnings exceeding that cap derived from Bonus Funds will be removed at the point of withdrawal.
• Players suspected of exploiting bonuses through multi-accounting, syndicated play, or other forms of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.
• pk987 reserves the right to apply individual wagering requirements that differ from the standard published terms in cases where suspicious bonus usage patterns are identified.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk987, including cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), UFC, football, and all other sports markets offered on the Platform. Market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting sections of pk987.

• All bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation.
• Bets confirmed by pk987 are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where pk987's early cash-out feature is available and exercised within the permitted window.
• In the event of a match, event, or fixture being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, pk987's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. These rules are published within the pk987 sportsbook section.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. pk987 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match without prior notice.
• Where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome has already been determined — whether due to a technical delay or any other reason — pk987 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Obvious pricing errors, whether in pre-match or in-play markets, do not constitute valid bets. pk987 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Maximum bet limits per event, per market, and per day apply and are displayed within the betting interface.

07 Casino, Slot & Live Games

pk987's casino section — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and table games — operates using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for digital games, and real-time streaming for live dealer products. All game outcomes are audited by independent third-party testing agencies.

• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino session, all affected bets and any associated winnings will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.
• pk987 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games for players in certain jurisdictions or to limit bet sizes on any game at its sole discretion.
• Live dealer game access is subject to table availability and minimum/maximum stake requirements as displayed within the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is processed. pk987 reserves the right to investigate jackpot wins that appear inconsistent with normal game activity.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated process to interact with the pk987 Platform.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement with persons involved in a sporting event for the purpose of achieving a predetermined outcome that is then bet upon on pk987.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between pk987 and other platforms at a scale that constitutes systematic exploitation.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other one-time promotional offers.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using funds of illegal origin to deposit on pk987 — all deposits are subject to anti-money-laundering controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk987 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension, Closure & Fund Return

pk987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider related to funds deposited and used on pk987.
• A self-exclusion request made by the Player through pk987's responsible gaming tools.
• A court order or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, pk987 will return the verified Real Money Fund balance to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived entirely from Bonus Funds will not be returned in cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk987 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. pk987 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which pk987 will automatically log you out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Reduction takes effect immediately.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk987 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and you will not be permitted to re-register.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk987 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, design elements, and the pk987 brand identity — is owned by or licensed to pk987 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk987 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any pk987 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pk987 software or game engine.
• Use the pk987 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk987's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk987 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, system outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to read and comply with these Terms and any applicable game or promotion rules.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any actions taken by pk987 in compliance with its regulatory or legal obligations, including account suspension or fund holds pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk987's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk987 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk987's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under pk987's licensing conditions.

Before escalating any dispute, Players are required to submit a formal written complaint to pk987 support and allow up to fourteen (14) days for a response. pk987 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal process in the first instance.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk987 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, pk987 will notify registered Players via the email or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Continued use of the pk987 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Real Money Funds in your account.
